Vacation apartments are the ideal accommodation for families, especially from cities and "in times like these"! Enjoy your days in our cozy vacation apartment in a sunny, ground-floor location with its own entrance.

You get your "own 50 m² (encounter-free) realm" in the middle of the green or white, because winter is still at home with us! And in summer, when the temperatures rise to unbearable levels, it's pleasantly cool here - especially at night - so you can breathe deeply and sleep soundly.

Our own meadow right outside the front door is a playground for your children in summer and winter. (Admire the picture of Olaf! This beautiful snowman was built by our guests). Here you can, even in winter, sit around a campfire or barbecue in the provided kettle grill, have your meals or a drink or "chill" in a deck chair with a view of the Großer and Kleiner Ötscher!

The "Kesselgraben" hiking trail starts directly behind our house and takes you to the Steingrabenkreuz or on to the Ötscher stalactite cave, where you will receive a free guided tour when you stay from 1. 5. to 26. 10. During these months, the"Wilde Wunder Card" is included in our prices and offers you free admission to 50 attractions in the area, such as a ride up and down the Great Ötscher, admission to the Mendlingtal experience, and much more.

The "Haus am Sonnenweg" also lives up to its name in winter: But we are not only situated in a sunny location, both the winter hiking trail and the Kesselgraben snowshoe trail start here. The Eibenkogel ski lift and access to our 30 km of cross-country ski trails are approx. 250 m from our house.

A parking lot for your car, free WLAN, TV, dishwasher and boot dryer provide additional comfort. Bed linen, tea towels, hand and bath towels are provided and are included in the price.

Conditions/extras

The deposit is 50% of the total accommodation fee for the booked period and must be paid within 5 days from the date of booking by bank transfer to our account. The reservation is valid only after receipt of the deposit. - The rest of the payment including tourism tax and cleaning tax is to be paid on site in CASH or by bank transfer until departure. Cancellation fees according to § 5 of the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006: up to 3 months...................free of charge fees 3 months to 1 month...........40% 1 month to 1 week............70% In the last week...........90%
