Direkt angeschlossen finden Sie die offene und voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirr für 14 Personen, Geschirrspülmaschine, Kühlschrank und einem Kaffee-Vollautomaten. Einen Full-HD Fernseher mit Kabelanschluss und Netflix-Zugang ist im TV/Spielzimmer vorhanden.
Durch das Wohnzimmer gelangen Sie direkt in den Garten mit großer Terrasse mit 2 Esstischen, Stühlen, Markise und Holzkohle-Griller. Der 3.000 m² große und private Schwimmteich mit Badesteg steht Ihnen zur Nutzung zur Verfügung.
Kostenfreies WLAN sowie ein beleuchteter Parkplatz runden das Gesamtangebot ab.

The magnificent property extends over 7,000 m² in the neighborhood of organic farmers and the beautiful Waldviertel forest. The picturesque view of the surrounding fields, meadows and forests creates heavenly conditions for a relaxing vacation. The luxury domicile nestles harmoniously into the picture-book landscape of the small village of Schlag and offers a wonderful view over the private bathing pond. The traditional design combines modern and sophisticated interiors with the best technical equipment. The furnishing concept unifies natural colors and materials at the highest level - the result is a stylish oasis of calm. The living space extends over 400 m² and 2 floors - with four double bedrooms and a converted 6-bed attic. The Litschau country house can accommodate a maximum of 14 people, can only be rented as a whole house and is an excellent choice for all lovers of nature and the rural lifestyle.
The house was built in 2017 and no effort or expense was spared - the whole house has underfloor heating, luxurious bathrooms with Moroccan tiles, custom-made wooden windows and doors, built-in wardrobe, a converted attic with built-in bunks, full kitchen equipment, private jetty to its own pond etc.
The Litschau country house is situated in an absolutely quiet location, on a small road used only by local residents. The village of Schlag belongs to the municipality of Litschau and is only 2 km away from the climatic health resort. There you will find a supermarket, a bakery, several restaurants, a pharmacy, bank, church, etc. We are pleased to offer you this unique and cozy vacation home for rent with a minimum stay of 4 nights (in the high season for 6 nights).

50 % Anzahlung innerhalb von 10 Tagen nach Buchung. Restzahlung bis 60 Tage vor Reisebeginn.
Eine Kaution in Höhe von € 500,00 muss 30 Tage vor Anreise auf unser Konto überwiesen werden und wird innerhalb von 10 Tagen nach ordentlicher Abreise ohne Schäden refundiert.
Hunde sind willkommen und kosten € 25,00 pro Tag.
Tourismusabgabe pro Person (ab 16 Jahre) und Nacht: € 2,90
Stornierungen bis 60 Tage vor Anreise sind kostenfrei, Stornierungen zwischen 60-30 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 50% der Gesamtkosten berechnet, Stornierungen in den 30 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 100% der Gesamtkosten berechnet.
Anreise: ab 16:00 Uhr, Abreise: bis 10:00 Uhr - für eine frühere Anreise bzw. verspätete Abreise verrechnen wir einen halben Nächtigungssatz.
