Waldhaus Küstelberg is a spacious house with approx. 350 m² of living space. Upon entering, you step into a generous, classically preserved entrance hall. The house offers two large bedrooms and three double rooms. Two cozy dining tables in one of the rooms invite everyone to enjoy meals together. Next to it is the living room with two corner sofas, coffee tables, and a TV. The box-spring beds measure 160 × 200 cm, and the bunk beds 80 × 190 cm.

You also have access to a spacious kitchen with a utility area and a professional oven. A refrigerator, freezer, and stove are also available.

In the basement there is a shower room with three shower cubicles and four sinks with mirrors. On the ground floor there are two shower rooms, each with a shower, a sink with mirror, and a toilet.

Feeling sporty? Then enjoy a game of table tennis in the games room. Or more musical? Play a lovely piece for your guests on the piano in the dining room.

The house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

The total outdoor area is approx. 1,100 m², offering plenty of space to play and relax. Go-karts are available in the garden. On the left, the garden borders the communal playground, and next to it the grounds of the local football club, which you are also welcome to use. From the garden you can step directly onto the Rothaarsteig hiking trail, or set off by bike into the beautiful Sauerland landscape.
