Kurtaxe Information

The tourist tax is EUR 2.00 per person over 15 years of age per day. The day of arrival and departure are counted as one. The local tourist tax must be paid with the invoice.

Conditions/extras

If the invoice is issued immediately after booking, the following costs will apply:

120.00 euros final cleaning

150.00 euros deposit

XXX euros guest tax/tourist tax

A deposit of up to 30% of the travel price is due upon booking. The remaining amount must be paid 28 days before arrival.

The prices quoted do not include tourist tax or final cleaning. The travel price plus the local tourist tax, deposit and final cleaning must be paid with the invoice.

A deposit of 150 EUR is due with the invoice. The deposit (minus the consumption-related additional costs*) will be refunded to your account within 5 working days after departure.

Consumption-dependent additional costs (electricity) for the following areas: wellness (sauna/whirlpool), bicycle shed (ski boot dryer, e-bike charging station), e-car charging station in the parking lot / 0.40 euros/kWh

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge, later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the travel price.

Arrival description

2 days before arrival you will receive our online guest folder, which contains detailed descriptions of how to get to the holiday home and how to enter it. You will also receive the latest event tips from the city of Medebach and lots of other information via our online guest folder.
