Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. A full Netflix subscription is available free of charge. A high chair is also provided. The private outdoor area includes a garden, terrace, and barbecue. A garage for bicycles is available. Guests receive their own gate opener and have unrestricted access at any time. The garage is right next to the parking area and offers charging for e-bikes and a super-quiet compressor. Public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court can be reached in about 30 minutes on foot. Nearby attractions include the Sauerlandpark in Hemer, the Sorpesee in Sundern, Altena Castle, and the Balver Forest. Parking is available on the property, with additional free street parking. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.; bachelor parties and other parties are not permitted. Energy- and water-saving features are installed, and part of the electricity comes from photovoltaic systems. Convenient self-check-in is available. Guests will receive a 100% refund up to 14 days before check-in. Guests will not receive a refund less than 14 days before check-in.
