The apartment is set in a quiet location, just 650 m from the nearest grocery store and bakery, 2 km from the city center, and within walking distance of public transport links. The area offers excellent hiking and cycling trails, along with many excursion options. Nearby attractions include Aqua Magis, Märcheneis® adventure and reading café in Plettenberg, Biggesee in Attendorn, Attendorn Castle, the Karl May Festival in Elspe, Panorama Park, Fort Fun, and winter sports in Winterberg. A parking space is available on the property, and free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. Conditions/extras

We ask our guests to pay a deposit of 100 EUR/stay in cash upon arrival. After receiving the booking confirmation, a deposit of 25% of the total travel price must be paid immediately into our bank account. The remaining payment is due no later than 14 days before arrival. If you book at short notice, the total amount is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. Any necessary cancellation must be made in writing. Up to 14 days before check-in, guests will receive a 100% refund. Less than 14 days before check-in, guests will not receive a refund. If the tenant withdraws from the contract, they can of course name a replacement tenant who is willing to enter into the existing contractual relationship in their place. The landlords can object to the third party joining if they appear to be financially or personally unreliable. The cancellation fee will be offset against the deposit. Taking out travel cancellation/cancellation insurance is recommended. The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. If a tourist tax is charged in the location of the booked accommodation, it must be paid on site.
