Ein Parkplatz und Fahrradabstellmöglichkeiten stehen Ihnen direkt am Haus zur Verfügung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke, Ärzte, Restaurants, Bademöglichkeiten und Wassersportangebote sind im Umkreis von 1,5 km vorhanden, eine Bushaltestelle ist 200 m vom Haus entfernt. Der Bodensee liegt in ca. 1,5 km Entfernung. Sie können direkt von der Wohnung aus die wunderschöne Natur des Wasserburger Hinterlands zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erkunden.
