The equipment of the rooms corresponds to a good hotel standard. All rooms have TV and free internet access via LAN cable and WLAN. Towels are changed when needed. For longer stays, fresh bed linen is provided every week. Most rooms have a balcony or terrace. Rooms in the annex have private shower bathrooms. The rooms in the main house are much larger and have a shower in the room, but some have the toilet (although private) in the hallway. A small kitchenette can be used on each floor to prepare a snack or for tea and coffee. Cold drinks are offered at cost price. A washing machine and dryer in the basement of Building No. 1 can be used for a fee. Please contact the housekeepers if needed. The guest house is a non-smoking house. Smoking in the rooms is prohibited. Please note that in case of disregard for basic cleaning of the room 150 EUR will be charged. Guests can use a smoking corner from the entrance area of the annex.

Description
In the guest house there are 13 rooms (9 single rooms and 4 double rooms), as well as 2 meeting rooms available. The 2 meeting rooms for up to 25 people are friendly and bright. They have a pleasant ambience with a view of the garden, Tübingen and the Alb.

Please contact your host in advance to inform them about your approximated time of arrival.
Differing cancellation conditions
Until the 45th day prior arrival 10%, at least EUR 25.00; until the 30th day prior arrival 25%; until the 22th day prior arrival 50%; afterwards 80%; in case of a no-show 90% will be charged.

Please note that the prices do not include the visitors’ tax. Should a visitors’ tax be required at the place where you are staying it is payable on arrival.
