Description

Two men who share a love of the hotel industry, who were brought together by an idea and who have dedicated themselves wholeheartedly to hospitality in a newly renovated hotel with a restaurant and sky bar since 2021 - Alexander Stadler, a trained chef, and Andreas Strobel, a trained hotel manager, warmly welcome you.

Here you can enjoy yourselves and unwind. Be yourself and feel at home from the very first moment - just like at a good friend's house. Friends with an open ear, with heart and enthusiasm for what they do and who create moments of happiness with a smile.

Modern, timeless and yet DETAILED. Floor-to-ceiling windows create light-flooded rooms and allow the smooth surface of the lake to appear close enough to touch from some rooms. Cosiness and natural shapes come together in your retreat. Each one with its own personal touch.

Directions

By train / bus (approx. 5 minutes walk to the hotel)
The train station "Friedrichshafen Stadt" is located in the same street as the hotel, approx. 300 metres away.

By boat (approx. 10 minutes walk to the hotel)
You can reach the hotel from the harbour via a beautiful walk directly along the promenade.

By aeroplane (approx. 15 minutes by car to the hotel)
From Lake Constance Airport you can reach the hotel by taxi, train (stop Airport Bahnhof) or bus (stop directly at the airport).

By car
When you arrive, you can park for a short time in one of the three quick check-in car parks to the left of the main entrance. We have underground car parking spaces and outdoor parking spaces directly at the hotel. These can be reserved subject to availability at a price of €12.50* per night. Please note that the underground car park is mainly duplex parking with a maximum height of 1.70 m and a maximum weight of 2.6 tonnes. As a third option, there is a large public car park in the Graf-Zeppelin-Haus directly opposite the hotel, approx. 100 m away.
*We reserve the right to increase prices.

Differing cancellation conditions

A free cancellation of the reservation is possible up to 1 day before arrival (6.00 pm at the latest). In the event of later cancellation, the hotel reserves the right to debit 80% of the accommodation price from the credit card if the reservation is not re-let.

Tourist tax information

The city of Friedrichshafen levies a visitor's tax which is not included in the holiday price. The visitor's tax must be paid on site and will be settled at the hotel. Children up to the age of 6, hospital and nursing home patients, school classes and groups of young people, people with disabilities (80%) and their companions (proof) as well as business travellers can be exempted from the visitor's tax on arrival at the hotel.
