Description

The beautiful island with the historical sights of an old free imperial city, surrounded by water, mountains and green meadows offers you everything for unforgettable days at Lake Constance. Through the romantic winding streets, you get to the harbor from which you have an excellent view of the Alpine panorama of Austria and Switzerland.

Differing cancellation conditions

Cancellation conditions in case of cancellation of the entire group:
from 2 months before date of arrival 30 % of the booking value will be charged as cancellation costs;
from 1 month before the date of arrival, 60 % of the booking value will be charged as cancellation costs;
from 14 days before the date of arrival, 80 % of the booking value will be charged as cancellation costs;
from 7 days before the date of arrival and in case of no-show, 100% of the booking value will be charged as cancellation costs.
The cancellation costs are calculated from the all-inclusive price per participant.

Contingent reduction:
up to 2 months before date of arrival free cancellation of 20% of the booked room contingent;
up to 1 month before date of arrival free cancellation of 10% of the booked room contingent;
later reductions will be charged with 80% of the cancelled room rate.

Cancellations or changes to a booking must be made in writing only. Verbal agreements are not valid.

Tourist tax information

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of the city of Lindau. The visitor's tax must be paid on site - business travellers and conference participants can be exempted from the visitor's tax - informal notification to the booked accommodation. Important payment information and other conditions

Deposit:
From 10 rooms a deposit of 100% is due 2 months before date of arrival. Less than 10 rooms, a deposit of 50% is due 2 months prior to date of arrival. The Insel Hotel reserves the right to cancel rooms without giving reasons until the deposit has been paid.
