Die Ferienwohnung im Ortsteil Halberbracht ist mit ihrer direkten Lage am Skilift und Waldrand der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Wanderer, Mountainbiker und Naturliebhaber.
Viele Wanderwege führen direkt von der Haustür aus in die Natur. Nach einem anstrengenden Tag können Sie den Abend in der gegenüberliegenden Skihütte bei einer leckeren Steinofenpizza ausklingen lassen.
Im Winter laden viele Langlaufloipen oder der angrenzende Skilift mit Rodelhang (50 m von der Ferienwohnung entfernt) zum Schlittenfahren ein. Auch Mountainbiker kommen in den umliegenden Wäldern auf ihre Kosten.
Die Wohnung in der 1. Etage, ist ca. 110 qm² groß und bietet Platz für bis zu 7 Personen. Sie verfügt über einen kombinierten Wohn-/Essbereich mit einem Pelletofen und Smart-TV, einer vollausgestatten Küche inkl. Spülmaschine, drei Schlafzimmer jeweils mit Smart-TV, ein Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche und WC, sowie einen überdachten Balkon mit Süd-Ost Ausrichtung.
Garten mit Grillmöglichkeiten ebenfalls vorhanden. Wiese mit Spielmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus. WLAN steht Ihnen kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Waschmaschine auf Anfrage. Ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

Description
The vacation apartment in the Halberbracht district is the ideal starting point for hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers with its direct location at the ski lift and edge of the forest. Many hiking trails lead directly from the front door into nature. After a strenuous day, you can end the evening in the ski hut opposite with a delicious stone oven pizza. In winter, many cross-country ski trails or the adjacent ski lift with toboggan slope (50 m from the vacation apartment) invite you to go sledging. Mountain bikers also get their money's worth in the surrounding forests. The apartment on the 1st floor is approx. 110 m² in size and can accommodate up to 7 people. It has a combined living/dining area with a pellet stove and Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, three bedrooms each with Smart TV, a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC, as well as a covered balcony facing south-east. WLAN is available free of charge. A parking space in front of the house is also available free of charge. A garage parking space is available on request for a fee. Storage facilities for bicycles, motorcycles and skis are available. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in the price. We are happy to provide a high chair and crib free of charge on request. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. The surrounding area offers many excursion possibilities such as the famous Karl May Festival Elspe (approx. 5 km), the amusement parks Panorama Park (approx. 19 km) or Fort Fun (approx. 45 km), the Biggesee with the Skywalk (approx. 20 km), the Attahöhle (approx. 20 km), the Galileo Park (2.5 km) and many outdoor, indoor and adventure pools. Conditions/extras
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are possible free of charge, later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the travel price. The host reserves the right to charge a deposit from the time of booking and will contact you separately regarding this. The prices quoted do not include tourist tax.
