The earliest check-in time for customers who have reserved rooms is 3 pm on the agreed day of arrival. The earliest check-in time for customers who have reserved country houses or apartments is 5 pm on the agreed day of arrival. Customers are not entitled to an earlier check-in time. The latest check-out time for hotel rooms is 12 pm on the agreed day of departure. The latest check-out time for country homes and apartments is 10 am on the agreed day of departure. In the event of a late check-out before 6 pm, the hotel charges 50% of the current day's accommodation price. For a late check-out after 6 pm, the hotel charges 100% of the current day's accommodation price. Contractual claims of the customer are not justified in this case. The customer is permitted to prove that the hotel has no claim or a lesser claim to damage compensation. The hotel reserves the right to determine and claim a higher amount of damages.
