Currently, there is construction work in the neighborhood, so you may experience construction noise during the day. The 76 m² apartment in Königsfeld in the Black Forest accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and a living room. The main bedroom features a 140 cm double bed; a baby cot can be provided upon request. The smaller bedroom offers bunk beds. In the living room, you will find a large sofa bed, a TV with internet access, and a reading corner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, and toaster. Wi-Fi, a high chair, and a baby cot are available for you. Outside, enjoy a spacious private terrace with garden furniture and 2 sun loungers. A carport parking space belongs to the apartment. A shared washing machine is available for an extra charge. Please note that events are not permitted on the property. The house is located on a quiet residential street, perfect for relaxing. The town center with restaurants, cafés, bakery, pharmacy, supermarkets, and more is just a few minutes’ walk away. Königsfeld offers many leisure activities such as golf, tennis, mini golf, and a heated outdoor pool. The accommodation is ideal for nature lovers, as it is only two houses away from the forest edge.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival.
