Dies gilt für Geschäftsreisende und Touristen gleichermaßen. Ausgenommen sind Kinder und Jugendliche, die das 18. Lebensjahr noch nicht vollendet haben. Wie hoch ist die Steuer? Die Steuer ist ein pauschaler Satz / Übernachtung und Übernachtungsgast. Der pauschale Steuersatz beträgt pro Übernachtung und Beherbergungsgast im Zeitraum vom 1. Juli bis 31. Dezember 2025 3,50 Euro. Sie wird vom Beherbergungsbetrieb zusätzlich zum Übernachtungspreis erhoben und separat in Rechnung gestellt.
