Vacation home 'Bergwiese' with mountain view, small private terrace and own garden Our Bergwiese has been lovingly converted in the attic of our courtyard garages. Inside, wood fiber insulation and floor insulation ensure a pleasant indoor climate. The heating and hot water are supplied by our wood chip heating system (approx. 65 m away). Fresh spring water from our own spring offers the best drinking pleasure. The small wooden terrace made of Douglas fir invites you to enjoy a coffee in the sun in the morning. There is a parking lot right next to the apartment. Hiking trails start directly at the property above the road. The bakery belongs to the neighboring Gallushof, which is currently not being run, but is being renovated with just as much care.

The underfloor heating downstairs and a radiator upstairs are supplied by our wood chip heating system (approx. 65 m away). Fresh spring water from our own spring offers the best drinking pleasure. The wooden terrace made of Douglas fir invites you to have a coffee in the sun in the morning, in the afternoon the sun shines from the other side. There is a parking lot right next to the house and access is via a grass-fenced path. Hiking trails start directly at the property above the road. The bakery belongs to the neighboring Gallushof, which is currently not being run but is being renovated with just as much care. The bathroom has a walk-in and rain shower. Please note that the staircase in the bakehouse is a narrow staircase.
