Via a staircase and separate entrance door you enter the bright, spacious 3.5-room apartment built with untreated exposed roof truss. The floors are terracotta tiles, wooden parquet and cork. The walls painted with silicate paint complete the pleasant indoor climate. They draw hot water from a solar heating system and 100% green electricity. From the large hallway with wardrobe you enter the rooms furnished with solid wood furniture, country style and great attention to detail. High-quality furnishings with a feel-good guarantee. The kitchen-cum-living-room with a large dining table and a fully equipped fitted kitchen invites you to cook together and to sit together comfortably. In the adjoining pantry your purchased groceries are stored. Kitchen towels and cleaning products are free of charge. With a view to the Nußlberg or a sundowner on the furnished south-west balcony (incl. sun awning) you let the evening end. Via the living room with two sofas, a flat screen TV (satellite TV) and even a cozy reading corner you go to the furnished south-facing balcony. There you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun with the fantastic, striking mountain panorama of the 2000m high Zahmen Kaiser. On this balcony there is also space for 2 sun chairs, where you can simply let your soul dangle. In each of the two spacious bedrooms there is a closet, a large mirror and a small table with two chairs. Each has a 1.80m wide double bed with high-quality mattresses from Schlaraffia for a good night's sleep. The children are already dreaming of the next eventful day. In the bathroom you can relax after a strenuous mountain tour in the bathtub or with a hot shower. A hairdryer is available. With the separate WC there is no crowding.
