Water rats can refresh themselves in the nearby Kreuthsee lake or use the Hödenauer See water ski and wakeboard facility, which is only a 15-minute walk away.

Munich or Innsruck are just under 90 km away, Rosenheim takes about 30 minutes by car and Salzburg is a good 1 1/4 hours away. You will find many excursion and adventure destinations in the surrounding area. Whether hiking, mountain biking, alpine skiing or cross-country skiing. Several skiing areas such as Hockeck, Sudelfeld or the "SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental" are nearby. In the immediate vicinity of the holiday flat are two bathing lakes, the Kreuthsee (natural lake) and the Hödenauer See with its water skiing facilities and two restaurants. In addition, a summer toboggan run at the Hocheck adventure mountain in Oberaudorf, the children's attraction Söll - Hexenwasser or in Ellmau Ellmis Zauberwelt are about 5 km away. Arrival Description
Von der A93 Rosenheim-Kufstein an der Ausfahrt Kiefersfelden abfahren. Dem Autobahnzubringer folgen und an der Kreuzung ST2089 ca. 1 Minute Richtung Oberaudorf folgen. Vor dem Buswartehäuschen rechts abbiegen und nach weiteren 150m ist links das Ziel erreicht.
