Welcome to Erlebnisgut Oberhabach - the "somewhat different" hotel. Our 4-flower farm with everything that goes with it combines the comfort of a 3-star S-hotel with the cosiness of a 620-year-old farm. With us, cordiality, hospitality & tradition are writ large and lived with passion.

Whether on summer or winter holiday, with the whole family, as a couple without children, solo or with a few friends - Erlebnisgut Oberhabach is simply a place to feel good and get away from it all... in every season.

Our holiday farm is located in the midst of beautiful nature between the Wilder Kaiser and the Kitzbüheler Horn - in the heart of the Kitzbüheler Alpen holiday region. In our small village of Kirchdorf, the clocks tick a little slower - here you can really savour every single holiday moment with your loved ones.

NEW - Riding holiday at Feriengut Oberhabach
2023 is the year ... we have realised a long-planned project of ours - the riding stable including riding school, riding arena and paddock - and built a small paradise for riding holidays in Kirchdorf in Tyrol.

With our new stables we have created a place of well-being for horse and rider: Boxes with free access, tack room, grooming facilities, riders' lounge on the upper floor with a view of the horse boxes and much more. After all, there is hardly anything better than taking time out on holiday and enjoying relaxing hours on horseback, don't you think?

Our horse hotel is now home to 10 horses - from the mini-shetty "Morgenstern" to the elegant German sport horse "Sir Diego", there is a suitable animal for every horse lover. However, it is not only the size of the horse that counts, but also the character of the horse and rider. We attach great importance to this and always find the right horse for our riding students - we are looking for "soul mates", so to speak, so that the riding lessons run really harmoniously and are fun for everyone - horse and rider alike.

Our riding programme at Erlebnisgut Oberhabach offers lessons for everyone - from horse newcomers to advanced riders, there are suitable units from our riding school or individually tailored training lessons depending on ability and previous knowledge.

With individual lessons, our riding instructor takes a whole session just for you - very exclusively. In group lessons (max. 4 riders), advanced riders practise together with other horse lovers ... a lot of fun is guaranteed.

Arrive, switch off & enjoy - let nature take effect on you and breathe the good country air ... heart, what more do you want!

Winter holiday - extremely varied
- Family-friendly atmosphere in our children's hotel in Tyrol with its own children's playroom

Family holiday with childcare:
The whole family enjoys being together in our hotel in Kirchdorf in Tyrol. But even on holiday with children, parents need a little time out. We offer to look after your children during this time. Included in the price for children from 3 years: 4 x per week from Monday to Thursday (summer + winter) for approx. 3 hours - exact times will be announced at the hotel. If you would like to enjoy a nice day of skiing as a couple, we will be happy to organise reliable childcare for an additional charge.
