The apartment in Hisli is not rented to bachelor parties or similar celebrating groups. Families with children are always welcome! On the second floor (11 beds), you will find a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with filter coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker, toaster and dishwasher, as well as a south-facing balcony and satellite TV. There is a large bathroom with double sinks and double shower (partition wall) and two separate toilets. A cloakroom with storage space and a staircase lead to the attic with more beds. In the attic, there is a room with 10 simple single beds, which can be divided into two areas by a sliding door. In the basement, you can play table football, table tennis and darts. Garden chairs, beer table sets and a tripod grill are also available. The ground floor is permanently rented.

Die Ferienwohnung am Bach befindet sich im 1. OG der Hütte. Sie hat ein separates Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Im Wohnraum mit Sat.-TV und Essecke, ist eine Schlafcouch für zwei weitere Personen ausziehbar. Die kleine Einbauküche ist mit sämtlichem Geschirr, sowie 2 Platten-Elektroherd, Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion, Kühlschrank, Toaster, 2er-Eierkocher und Filterkaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Die angrenzende Duschkabine und Toilette mit Waschbecken sind abteilbar. Eine Erstausstattung an Toilettenpapier, sowie Spülmittel und Geschirrtücher werden gestellt. Bitte in der Hütte die Hausschuhe anziehen und die Wanderschuhe o.ä. im Eingangsbereich lassen. In den Schlafräumen bitte nicht Essen.

The rustic Räuberhütte, ideal for nature lovers and families, is located below the guesthouse by the stream and forest edge. The fully equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, extra refrigerators and freezers, and a dishwasher. The sanitary area offers a separate washroom with two sinks, two individual shower cabins, two toilets, and a urinal. From the large lounge with a wood-burning stove, you reach the first floor with 13 sleeping places (three bunk beds, one single bed, one double bed, and a mattress area for four people). A spiral staircase leads to the attic with five more simple sleeping places (mattress area). The hut is mainly heated by a tiled stove if needed; firewood is provided. The Räuberhütte is not rented to bachelor parties or similar groups.

Description

You are located in a quiet nature reserve with numerous hiking and cycling trails. In winter, you have direct access to cross-country ski trails and tobogganing opportunities. The rustic wooden cabins offer traditional charm, some with tiled stoves. Beer garden tables and a fire pit for barbecuing in summer are available. Two parking spaces are at the house. Pets are allowed on request. Events are not permitted. Arrival is only possible by car, as the paths are unpaved. No driving in and out during the day (11 am–3 pm); the access gate is secured with a code (code provided upon booking). You must bring your own bed linen, towels, and slippers. The accommodation must be left clean: floors vacuumed and mopped, bathroom cleaned, beds made. Failure to comply will result in additional cleaning costs. Waste disposal is available for a fee. Local tax is collected on site. Departure by 11 am.

•     biegen Sie von der Bundesstraße B317 kommend am Hotel Adler in Richtung Bruderhalde / Rotwasser ab
•     nach circa 1 km biegen Sie links ab in den "Seebachweg"
•     nach weiteren 2 km erreichen Sie den Wanderparkplatz Kunzenmoos
•     verlassen Sie nun die geteerte Straße nach links in Richtung der Zufahrtsschranke; bitte schließen Sie die Schranke unbedingt wieder hinter sich (Zahlencode bitte eine Woche vorher anfragen)
•     folgen Sie für 4 km dieser Forststraße, bitte max. 30km/h fahren (Achtung: Fussgänger und Radfahrer!)
Im Winter wird die Forststraße nur eingeschränkt geräumt, daher besteht bei entsprechender Schneelage Winterreifen und evtl. Kettenpflicht.
