Description
The house was newly renovated three years ago. Accordingly, the kitchen, bathroom, and room furnishings are all new. The accommodation is intended for a female guest, preferably with some knowledge of German. The apartment is on the ground floor, and in the warm season, you may use the terrace and garden. It is 1 km to the Mittelland Canal, with good access to marked cycle paths. Aldi/Lidl are about 5 to 10 minutes away, McDonald's 10 minutes.
Public transport: The S-Bahn station is a 10-minute walk away. Two tram connections, No. 7 (Misburg/Wettbergen) and No. 5 (Anderten/Stöcken), are also nearby. TK is a 5-minute walk. It’s a 15-minute drive to the exhibition grounds. A fitness center can be reached in 10 minutes.
Terms of Cancellation
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.

The City of Hanover charges an accommodation tax for overnight stays in accommodation in the state capital of Hanover. The accommodation tax is not included in the listed final price and will be paid on site. The host reserves the right to request a deposit and will contact you directly in this regard. The travel price can be transferred in advance or paid on site on the day of arrival.
How to get there
The motorway can be reached via the A7 and A2. Take the exit Anderten/Misburg; from there it is a 5-minute drive to Hartmannstrasse.
If arriving by train: Go to the main railway station (Hauptbahnhof), then continue by tram to the final stop Misburg (Line 7) or Anderten (Line 5). You can also take bus 125 in the direction of Anderten and back towards Misburg (Stempelhof); get off at the Hartmannstrasse stop, or take the S-Bahn in the direction of Celle.
From the airport, take the S-Bahn to the main station, then either change to the tram or (better) continue directly with the S-Bahn towards Celle.
