Very comfortable, bright maisonette apartment with 2 bedrooms and a total of 105 sqm living space. The first bedroom is equipped with a large double bed and has a bathroom en suite with bathtub and shower. The second bedroom is located in the basement and has two single beds. In addition, there is another bathroom with bathtub on this floor.In the fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven, coffee-espresso machine, kettle and toaster, our guests can comfortably provide themselves.The living room has a cozy sofa, satellite TV, stereo and a large dining table for 4 people.From here you can reach the large terrace with separate garden area and have a magnificent panoramic view of the Chiemgau Alps.In addition:Baby crib and high chair are provided on request. Welcome to the vacation apartment Anner! We would like to welcome you to our house in Gstadt on Lake Chiemsee. Surrounded by green meadows, walking and hiking trails and of course the exceptional location on Lake Chiemsee, with Herreninsel and Fraueninsel, we promise you an unforgettable stay on the Bavarian Sea. The boat landing stage can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. The centrally located vacation apartment offers you a spacious sun terrace from which you can enjoy the alpine panorama. A small EDEKA store with its own bakery and the lido are within walking distance.
Environment description
The Chiemsee with its diverse gastronomic and leisure offers is within 5 minutes walking distance. There you will find various stores, cafes, restaurants, boat rentals, a bike rental, the lido, a surf school and the boat landing. From there you can easily start a tour to the islands and visit, for example, the famous Royal Castle. The modern lido with sunbathing lawn and park behind it invites you to a relaxing day at the lake. Or are you more drawn to the mountains? No problem, because the Chiemgau Alps can be reached in under 30 minutes by car.
