3 room apartment with south balcony in a multiple dwelling. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has 2 bedrooms (1 room with double bed, 1 room with 2 separate beds). The open-plan kitchen-cum-living room has a dinette, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine as well as a TV. The bathroom/WC is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.
