Neat, quiet, centrally located 3 room apartment in a 2-family house. Parking in front of the house (free). Large terrace and lawn with garden furniture and barbecue. The apartment is on the ground floor and has 1 bedroom (large) with a box spring bed (180x200), 1 bedroom (small) with a bunk bed (2x90x200), living room with sofa, large kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso capsule machine, convection oven, refrigerator with freezer. In the living room, in the bedroom (large) and in the kitchen there are 65 inch flat screens with Swisscom TV2.0. Bathroom with rain shower. Suitable for 2 - 4 people. On request cot. Pets (dog, cat, etc.) are also welcome with us at no additional cost. For guests with electric cars we have a charging station directly at the house. We drive electric too :-)

Description
3 room apartment in 2 family house. The apartment is on the ground floor and can be reached via a staircase from the parking lot (directly in front of the house).
The house is on a road, so it can be reached directly by car, but is still in a quiet location and offers a view to the south and west.
The holiday apartment also has a large terrace with a lawn and a fireplace and is also safe for children, dogs, etc. with a safety gate. Large electric sun blinds guarantee a shady seat even when the sun is shining on the south side of the terrace.
Since it is the only holiday apartment that is rented and we live directly above the holiday apartment, we guarantee that you will be directly contacted if you have any questions or problems.
Conditions/extras
Hand and bath towels on request (per person SFr. 5.--)
If you have an electric car and we charge it, the cost per k/Wh is SFr. 0.30
For the washing machine and the tumbler you pay for using SFr. 5.00 (for every use)
