Our Griabig holiday home is a detached bungalow with terrace, garden and garage in a settlement near the centre of the village. On the ground floor there is bedroom 1 with a double bed (180x200cm) and flat screen TV, a children's room with a bunk bed, a bathroom with 2 washbasins, bathtub and shower, an extra WC as well as a cosy eat-in kitchen with a fully equipped kitchenette, dining table with corner bench, buffet and a tiled stove. In addition, you can access a gallery from there, where you will find a sofa bed (160x200cm) and a flat-screen TV. All rooms are accessible from a spacious hallway. In the basement, bedroom 2 is also equipped with a double bed (180x200cm), flat screen TV and a sofa, as well as a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. An extra room serves as storage, there is the tumble dryer. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Coming from A8 Munich-Salzburg: Take exit 106-Bernau in the direction of Bernau a. Chiemsee/Marquartstein/Grasssau/Prien a. Chiemsee -> At the roundabout take the third exit onto Priener Str./B305 -> Follow the road for 8.2 km -> At the roundabout (Grassau) go straight onto Ortenburger Str. leave -> 1.7 km further on Pettendorfer Str. to Marquartstein -> turn right onto B305 -> follow the road through Marquartstein to Unterwössen -> turn left onto Frühlingsstraße -> turn left onto Kirchackerweg -> destination in 450m
