Very quiet single location on the edge of the forest on the hiking and biking trails of the Achental with a view to the south of the Wilder Kaiser. 5 minutes to waterfalls, climbing wall and natural bathing lake. Furnishings in accordance with building biology criteria, no WLAN, no PLC, no DECT telephone in the house. Hardly any mobile phone reception in the house. The spacious flat has its own parking space, terrace, sunbathing lawn.
