Description

The Hostel Stadthaus Seeblick G5 is located on the ground floor at Georgstraße 5, close to the lake and the centre of Friedrichshafen. Directly on the Lake Constance cycle path, the modernly equipped domicile offers not only cycling enthusiasts the best opportunities for all kinds of activities.

The appearance of the differently furnished rooms is characterised by Friedrichshafen's six twin towns. ‘Sarajevo’ is a single room furnished with a desk. The ‘Polotsk’ room is furnished with three beds and a sofa bed. The rooms ‘Peoria’, “Delitzsch”, ‘Saint-Dié-des-Vosges’ and ‘Imperia’ are double rooms, mostly with a sofa bed for 2 additional persons. All double rooms have a large shelf and a table.

The ambience is very modern and sophisticated. A self-organised breakfast can be taken in the ‘island’ lounge. The ‘island’ is equipped with washbasins, fridges, crockery and cutlery. In the extension of the corridor, the "Domes Lounge" invites you to read, play and relax.

The lake view studios are located in the attic (3rd floor). The studio ‘Romanshorn’ is equipped with a French bed (1.40 m), the studios “Konstanz” and ‘Meersburg’ with single beds as well as a wardrobe and writing desk. The south-facing ‘Romanshorn’ and ‘Constance’ studios have a wonderful view of Lake Constance and the Swiss mountains. The studios have a hallway with a small kitchenette in which there is a 2-plate hob, fridge and small dining table. There is also a large shower with WC.

In the basement there are two further communal rooms with TV facilities, a drinks machine and a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and a coin-operated tumble dryer. Vehicles can be parked in the courtyard free of charge. For cycle tourists, a lockable garage with a power connection also offers the opportunity for repairs. City bikes and e-bikes can also be hired by the day.

Directions

If you are travelling via the A81, continue on the B331 towards Lindau. At the Friedrichshafen-Ost exit, leave the main road and turn right towards the town centre. After the town sign, cross the Rotach, pass Eberhardstraße after 300 metres and shortly afterwards turn right into Georgstraße at the green area. After approx. 100 metres you will find Stadthaus Seeblick G5 on the left.

If you are travelling via the A96 motorway, leave the B31 at the Friedrichshafen-Ost exit. After the town sign, cross the Rotach, pass Eberhardstraße after 300 metres and shortly afterwards turn into Georgstraße at the green area. After approx. 100 metres you will find Stadthaus Seeblick G5 on the left.

If you are travelling via the B30, after the town sign you will come to Ravensburger Straße in the direction of the town centre. After the railway crossing, pass Eberhardstraße and after approx. 150m turn left into Georgstraße. You will find Stadthaus Seebblick G5 a few houses before the end on the right-hand side.

Conditions/extras

Rental conditions: A deposit of 20% of the rental price is due upon booking. The balance is due 2 weeks before arrival. Cancellation conditions: Cancellation is free of charge up to 90 days before arrival.

From 90 days before arrival, 20% of the total price is due. From 30 days before arrival 90% of the total price is due.

Payment is made by bank transfer.

Tourist tax information

The tourist tax in Friedrichshafen is not included in the indicated price. The tourist tax must be paid on site.
