Beautiful top floor holiday flat located in the center of Friedrichshafen. 2 rooms (living room and bedroom), separate kitchen, toilet and bath. The apartment is equipped with laminate floor and it´s a non-smoking apartment. For smokers there is a little balcony. Our cozy apartment is located centrally and ideally used as a starting point for all activities. Also suitable without a car since a bus stop is nearby and the lake is within walking distance. Shopping facilities can be reached by foot aswell. During trade fairs, a surcharge of 10.- EUR per day will be charged.
