On offer is a living room with integrated kitchen, a bedroom with large double bed and storage room.

Accommodation for 1-4 persons.

Access and accommodation are barrier-free.

Both rooms have access to the balcony. No pets allowed, smoking only on the balcony.

The bathroom is equipped with shower and WC. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils, toaster and two coffee machines for pods and filters.

There is a lockable parking space in the underground garage for cars and bicycles, no reservation is necessary. 300 m from the lake promenade. Internet connection, fast WLAN can be used free of charge in all areas. Sufficient power sockets available.

A transfer from Friedrichshafen airport/railway station is possible by arrangement for a fee of 7€.

A visitor's tax is charged (price varies depending on the season), in return you get the ECHT Bodenseecard. This allows you to use the bus and train in the Bodensee-Oberschwaben Verkehrsbund area free of charge during your stay. Please transfer the remaining amount up to 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation conditions: Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
From 30 days before arrival 90% of the total price is due.
