Check-in and check-out regulation

Guests can check into their rooms as of 3 pm on the agreed-upon day of arrival. The customer is not entitled to an earlier check-in. The latest check-out time for hotel room is 12 pm on the agreed day of departure. In the event of a delayed check-out, the hotel can charge 50% of the full accommodation rate (list price) for departures between noon and 6 pm, as well as 100% for departures after 6 pm. This does not affect the contractual claims of the customer. The customer is permitted to prove that the hotel has no claim or a lesser claim to damage compensation.
