VI. ROOM AVAILABILITY, CHECK-IN, AND CHECK-OUT: The customer has no claim to the provision of certain rooms insofar as it has not been expressly agreed upon in writing. Reserved rooms are available to the customer starting at 3 pm on the agreed-upon day of arrival. The customer is not entitled to an earlier check-in. The latest check-out time for hotel rooms is 12 pm on the agreed day of departure. In the event of a delayed check-out from the hotel room, the hotel charges 50% of the full accommodation price until 6 pm, after 6 pm 100%. Contractual claims of the customer are not justified in this case. The customer is permitted to prove that the hotel has no claim or a lesser claim to damage compensation. You may check-in starting at 3 pm. Check-out is by 12 pm.

The city center can be reached with the tram in 10 minutes, the central train station in 15 minutes. The Concert House Freiburg at the Central Train Station is 4.5 km away, the Trade Fair 5.7 km away. Our hotel can be reached from the Central Train Station with the tram line 3. The tram stop is "Paula-Modersohn-Platz". From EuroAirport Basel Mulhouse Freiburg Airport, take the airport bus (Freiburger Reisedienst) to the Freiburg Central Train Station.
