In the heart of Göttingen, within walking distance of the city center, you will find this modern non-smoking apartment for 1-2 people. The brightly furnished apartment consists of 2 large rooms and covers a total of 86 sqm. It is located in the basement of an elegant art nouveau villa (1905).
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you will find a diverse infrastructure: shopping, restaurant visits, banks, cultural activities, bus stops and medical care - everything is within easy reach.
The living room is equipped with a spacious sofa with ottoman, also a bar table and bar stools. TV and Alexa provide entertainment, news and music. Here you will also find a galley kitchen in upscale equipment with 2-plate ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle and toaster.
The spacious bedroom houses a large box-spring double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m; mattress Topper Premium), a sliding-door closet with mirrored front holds your clothes.
In the bathroom there is a washstand and a separate shower. The toilet is spatially separated from the bathroom. Sufficient storage space and a hairdryer are available. The use of the sauna built into the bathroom is possible after consultation.
At the entrance area there is a small terrace (2 sqm), where bicycles can be parked (on request, parking in the basement or garage is possible).

Conditions/extras

The price includes bed linen, towels, utilities and final cleaning. The WLAN guest access can be used free of charge. The use of the sauna is possible on request. If you arrive by car, you can park along the street (municipal parking fee). There is a parking lot directly at the house, which can be used during arrivals and departures.
Bookings are possible for a minimum of 2 nights and with advance payment by bank transfer. Free cancellation is possible until 48 hours before arrival. In case of later cancellation the first night will be charged.
