Description

The privately-managed Congress Hotel am Stadtpark is centrally located yet still surrounded by the tranquil Eilenriede, Europe´s largest urban forest. Our 258 4-star hotel rooms, the DEINS bar & grill, combined with 41 state-of-the-art conference rooms in the adjoining Hannover Congress Centre and the certified organic Park Restaurant complete the package here at the Stadtpark. The hotel offers suitable rooms for both business and leisure travelers, each equipped with a flat screen TV, a mini bar, a safe and an air conditioning unit. 

The central station as well as the city center of Hannover, the state capital, can be reached via public transportation in only 10 minutes. The exhibition center can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.
In short: An individual and new variety – easily accessible by car or public transportation, centrally located yet surrounded by nature.

PANORAMA 17 Sauna and Pool, Panorama 17 is until further notice closed as part of the decrees of the State of Lower Saxony (Corona).

BREAKFAST:
Due to the corona crisis, we offer an expanded continental breakfast.

RESTAURANT DEINS: SUNDAY CLOSED! Please note our changed opening times from Monday to Saturday!

E-CAR PARKING: E-car parking in the hotel garage
The capacity is 11 KW and 16 Ampere. Compatibility innogy RWE eBOX: Standard charging cable type 2 (Charging cable also available as a deposit. eBox is activated by the hotel staff after your check-in.)
There is a parking fee of 18.90 EUR per night. The loading of the vehicle is included in the parking fee.

If you start your trip from the main station Hanover, take Busline no. 128 (direction “Peiner Straße”) or no. 134 (direction “Bus-Depot Süd”) till station “Hannover Congress Centrum”.

Or take the tram no. 11 from station "Kröpke" (direction “Zoo”) till station “Hannover Congress Centrum”.

Das Restaurant im Haus verdient die Note sehr gut. Wir haben phantastisch zu Abend dort gegessen!! Freundliches Personal; schneller Service - wenn etwas im Zimmer war, kam schnelle Hilfe. Sehr gut!

(-) What did you not like?

Der Hygieneeimer im Zimmer war von außen dreckig und mit Blut beschmiert und ohne Klappe, sodass man bis unten sehen konnte. Er war der einzige Schandfleck im Zimmer. Bitte neuen Eimer hinstellen!! Da das Hotel sehr gut gebucht war, war es beim Frühstück sehr trubelig und laut, alles rannte durcheinander, dadurch entstand eine sehr stressige Atmosphäre.

Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Nähe zum HCC und der Weg durch den tollen Park dorthin!

(-) What did you not like?

Das Zimmer (5. Stock) hatte einen uralten Fön. Das könnte vorher angegeben werden, damit man seinen eigenen mitbringen kann. Rezeption war etwas chaotisch und sehr langsam (aber freundlich).

Nähe zum Kongresszentrum, trotzdem relativ günstiger Zimmerpreis.

Hygieneartikel im Bad wurden nicht immer nachgelegt, wenn sie verbraucht waren.

Sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter am Empfang. Toll: die direkte Verbindung zum Congress Centrum. Hochwertige Lebensmittel und sehr schöne Auswahl im Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr guter Schlafcomfort. Sehr praktisch: die ganzflächig verspiegelte Schwebeschiebetür zum Badezimmer. Sehr gute Ausleuchtung des Schminkbereiches. Ausgezeichnete Geräuschdämmung des Zimmers nach draußen und zwischen den Zimmern. Portugiesische Fliesen im typischen Schwaz-weiß-Dekor geben mediterranen Flair, der den Frühstücksbereich optisch sehr aufwertet. Frühstückstische mit schönem Blick in den Park entlang der Fensterflächen ausgerichtet.

(-) What did you not like?

Das Schwimmbad ganz oben zu nutzen ist bestimmt ein tolles Erlebnis. War leider nicht geöffnet. Darauf wurde aber bereits im Vorfeld der Übernachtung vom Hotel hingewiesen.

Ich bewerte hier ein Einzelzimmer in der 9. Etage - für den Preis von über 120 Euro pro Nacht war das Zimmer viel zu klein und daher sehr überteuert. Für einen solchen Preis pro ÜN hätte ich mehr erwartet.

Die schöne Lage am Stadtpark.

Im Badezimmer war es sehr kalt. Ein Heizkörper war nicht vorhanden. Im Restaurant/Bar war es sehr laut, sodass ein normales Gespräch mit dem Partner nicht möglich war (das lag aber nicht an dem Hotel sondern an den anwesenden Gästen).

Das Zimmer war klein. Im Badezimmer roch es zunehmend faulig und muffelig, es war nicht gut gereinigt, wurde nicht gut gepflegt. Im ganzen Hotel war es kalt und ungemütlich.

Ich bekam auch um 22.00 noch etwas zu essen, die Servicekräfte waren sehr zuvorkommend.Auch am Empfang war die Dame sehr hilfsbereit und wußte auf alle Fragen eine Antwort. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel das ich gerne wieder buchen werde bei der nächsten Didacta

Das Preisleistungsverhältnis für das frühstück (18€ pro Person und pro Tag) entspricht keineswegs dem Angebot, welches aufgetischt wird. Die Empathie bei manchen Mittarbeiter_innen lässt leider zu wünschen übrig.

die Seifenspender im Bad sind sehr schwer zu bedienen. Das war schon 2014 so und es hat sich leider bis 2015 nichts verbessert.

- die Aussicht aus dem Hotelzimmer - das Frühstück war sehr gut

- Einzelzimmer sehr klein, kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten - nachts ging der Fernseher mit der Ankündigung eines Probe-Feueralarms an - geringer Wasserdruck in der Dusche und verfärbte Fliesenfugen
