Description
This traditional, family-run hotel in Winterberg is set in a former forester's lodge, and offers rooms with free Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV. Guests can use the Finnish sauna and infra-red cabin for free.
The bright rooms of the Hotel Forsthaus are individually decorated, and are located either in the main building or in the nearby guest house, 50 metres away. Some rooms feature a balcony or terrace.
A fresh, varied breakfast buffet is available each morning, while regional dishes are served in the Forsthaus' restaurant with terrace. During the summer, snacks and refreshments can be enjoyed in the garden café.
The surrounding countryside is ideal for outdoor activities, and the hotel provides direct access to the Rothaarsteig and Ruhrtal hiking and cycling trails.

Half board (exclusives 3-course menu with main course of your choice): = 23,50 Euro per person and menu; Parking and sauna use free of charge. Dogs on reques: approx. 5, - € per day different packages for all Ruhr valey cyclists after overnight stay: free parking at the house during your tour! Important: Please note that the restaurant (with the options à la carte and half board) is closed at the following times:
