Das Apartmenthaus am Storchenturm - ehemals Ferienwohnung am Hellgrevenhof- befindet sich zentrumsnah in ruhiger Lage direkt an der Stadtmauer, und einem angrenzenden Park. Das Haus verfügt über insgesamt 6 Apartments. 3 1-Zimmer Apartments, mit kombinierten Wohn-Schlafraum (Doppelbett und Schlafcouch) für 1 bis 3 Personen. 2 2-Raum Apartments mit 1nem Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett und Schlafcouch) und einem kombinierten Wohn-Schlafraum (Doppelbett) für 2 bis 5 Personen. 1 3-Raum-Apartment mit einem Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett und Schlafcouch), einem Schlafzimmer (2 Einzelbetten) und einem kombinierten Wohn-Schlafraum (Doppelbett) für 2 bis 7 Personen. Die 2 und 3-Raum-Apartments verfügen jeweils über einen Balkon/Terrasse. WICHTIG: GÄSTE WELCHE DAS SCHLAFZIMMER IN DEN 2 und 3 RAUMAPARTMENTS NUTZEN, ERREICHEN DAS BADEZIMMER NUR ÜBER DEN KOMBINIERTEN WOHN-SCHLAFRAUM.Alle Apartments verfügen über eine SENSEO Kaffeemaschine.
Conditions/extras
Die Stadt Eisenach erhebt eine Tourismusförderabgabe auf privat veranlasste Übernachtungen und ab 01.01.2025 auf alle Übernachtungen-also auch auf geschäftliche Übernachtungen. Die Beherbergungsbetriebe sind verpflichtet, diese Abgabe einzufordern und an die Stadt weiterzugeben. Dieser ist 1,00 EUR pro Erwachsener Person und Nacht und ist nicht Bestandteil des Übernachtungspreises.Parkplätze sind in geringer Anzahl am Haus vorhanden und können vorab nicht reserviert werden. Es gibt genug Alternativen im öffentlichen Bereich zu parken. Hunde sind bei uns willkommen. Hierfür berechnen wir 10,00 € pro Hund und Nacht.
Stornierungsbedingungen: Bis zu 14 Tage vor der Anreise können Gäste kostenfrei stornieren. Dann Staffelung zwischen 10% und 90% des Reisepreises, wobei die 90% bei 1nem Tag vor Anreise bzw. bei Nichtanreise zu entrichten sind.
