The flat in the Huberhof is accessed via a separate entrance on the first floor. The flat has just been freshly renovated. Live in a typical Chiemgau farmhouse. Everything is very bright and friendly furnished, partly with old farmhouse cupboards and real wood furniture. The long hallway houses an extensive collection of books, where you are sure to find suitable reading material and also many cookery books from all over the world. A beautiful bedroom with many windows and a large double bed is ready for sweet dreams. A modern bathroom with shower tray, toilet and washstand has just been newly installed and is decorated in bright friendly colours. The kitchen is a separate room but connects to the living room. The fresh cream kitchen is very inviting and well equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob and oven, sink and all accessories. There is also a small supply of common condiments such as salt and pepper, vinegar and oil. A charming little seating area for two invites you to enjoy your first morning coffee. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa (which can also be used as a bed), an armchair and a separate dining area. TV and compact stereo complete the living pleasure. Towels and bed linen are provided. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Smoking is not permitted in the flat.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im ersten Stock eines traditionellen Chiemgauer Bauernhauses und ist über einen separaten Eingang erreichbar. Auf 75 Quadratmetern befindet sich eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Ein überdachter Südbalkon von 15 Quadratmetern lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Einrichtung ist hell und freundlich. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett (160 x 200), einen offenen Schrank und ein Biedermeier-Sofa. Verdunklungsvorhänge sorgen für eine gute Nachtruhe. Das kleine Bad hat eine Dusche, ein WC und einen Waschtisch. Die gut ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Herd, Backofen, Spüle und Zubehör ist mit dem Wohnzimmer verbunden. Ein kleiner Vorrat an gängigen Gewürzen wie Salz, Pfeffer, Essig und Öl ist vorhanden. Eine Eckbank mit Tisch und zwei Stühlen lädt zum gemütlichen Essen ein. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Sofa mit zwei Sesseln und drei chinesische Möbelstücke aus unserer Zeit in China. Es gibt einen Fernseher und ein Digitalradio. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt. Haustiere sind leider nicht gestattet, und in der Wohnung ist das Rauchen nicht erlaubt.
