Gästehaus Schmelz, run by Thomas Schmelz, is located on the western edge of the winegrowing village of Unterloiben, around 2 km from the historic center of Dürnstein - directly on the Danube cycle path. The quiet location in rural surroundings creates a relaxed atmosphere, ideal for cyclists, hikers and JUST ENJOY tours.
Comfortable rooms
There are three double rooms available, including two spacious rooms of around 35 m², which are particularly suitable for longer stays or families. Each room is equipped with shower/WC, TV, some with cable TV and hairdryer - modern and functionally furnished. Free WLAN is available everywhere.
Breakfast & common room
Guests will find a guest fridge in the cozy common room, which offers space to relax and prepare their own meals. The sunny terrace is particularly popular, where a hearty Wachau breakfast with homemade apricot jam is served - an enjoyable start to the day with a view of the vineyards.
