We present our bright, lovingly renovated holiday flat in the picturesque Salzkammergut.
With its 85 m², it offers everything your heart desires: modern comfort and inviting rooms in which you immediately feel at home. The modern kitchen and the bright, inviting living room with fireplace offer you the perfect place to linger and relax, while the two bedrooms will provide you with restful nights. Our loggia enchants with a breathtaking view of the Ramsau mountains! The bathroom is a real highlight, as it is equipped with a whirlpool bath, a round shower and a towel radiator.
The private entrance and the carport parking space make the offer perfect! And a bus stop (for the ski bus in winter) and local amenities (supermarkets, chemist, bakery) are in the immediate vicinity. The nearest railway station is just a 15-minute walk away.

Conditions/extras
Arrival and departure
- Arrival: from 3.30 until 8.00 pm
- Departure: by 10.00 am
- Left luggage by arrangement.
Cancellation
- In the event of a cancellation, the up-to-date version of the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply
Payment
-In the case of a booking, we request a bank transfer at least 48 hours before arrival, as we do not accept credit card payments.
Others
- Smoking is not permitted at Holiday Apartment.
- Sorry no pets allowed.
- A washing machine is available in the main building. This can be used by arrangement for a fee of 5 euros per time.
- The holiday flat is a shoe-free accommodation due to the high-quality parquet flooring. Slippers are provided.
