Spend your holiday in the beautiful mountain area in the Alps in "Salzkammergut". Our house has been managed for decades by our family. Our commitment is to offer our guests a pleasant and relaxing stay for attractive prices with a permanent impressions.

We put great emphasis on treating our guests to fine food. Therefore you can choose from an extensive menu card at our inn.
International and Austrian cuisine completed by local specialties will leave hardly anything to be desired.

Our house is situated at the base of the „Dachstein“ directly at the lake „Gosausee“. Our unique position with a view to the spectacular scenery is perfect for nature lovers to relax and escape the daily stress.

Our house is the perfect starting point for hikes of all difficulty levels in Gosau - from the family-friendly walk around the Gosausee up to the ascent of Dachstein. You can also go comfortably by the cable car, which is located in close proximity, near to the Gosaukamm on "Zwieselalm" to start one of the many walking tours. The many mountain huts invite you to take a break to enjoy the amazing view and try some regional specialities. The regional excursion train, which stops directly at our house in the summer months, gives you the opportunity to visit the mountain area on a special way.

One of the numerous bicycle routes is the "Salzkammergut Cycling Trail" which extends over a lenght of 345 km where you roam through a beatiful landscape of mountains and lakes. Along the routes you can find a lot of hospitable huts where you can take a rest and breathe in the clear mountain air.

Due to the highest visibility of all 76 lakes in the "Salkzkammergut" region, the lake "Gosausee" is enjoying a growing popularity for great dives. Optimal is the directly adjacent diving club with pre-loading station to our guest house.

Others
- All our rooms and restaurant areas are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on the balcony and our outdoor terrace
- Pets can be accomodated only upon request. Please note that a fee of € 5,00 is due per pet and overnight. For short stays of only one night, this fee is € 10,00 per pet (excluding food)
