Parking lot for 2 car direct at the house with outer examination. Bus line to Meißen and Dresden, stop's only 250 m remote.

Cancellation / payment conditions

Sie erhalten nach der Buchung einen Mietvertrag per e-Mail oder Post, dieser muss unterschrieben an den Vermieter zurück geschickt werden um verbindlich zu buchen.

Zahlungsbedingungen

25 Prozent der Miete werden sofort bei Buchung als Anzahlung fällig.
Die restlichen 75 Prozent sind bis zu zwei Wochen vor dem Urlaubsantritt zu zahlen.


Stornierung und Aufenthaltsabbruch / Kündigung

bis 21 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 20 % des Mietpreises
bis 2 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 30 % des Mietpreises
ansonsten (später als 2 Tage vor Mietbeginn) 50 % des Mietpreises

Bricht der Mieter den Aufenthalt vorzeitig ab, bleibt er zur Zahlung des vollen Mietpreises verpflichtet. Eine Stornierung bzw. Kündigung kann nur schriftlich erfolgen. Maßgeblich ist der Tag des Zugangs der Erklärung bei dem Vermieter.
