Ab 01.07.2023 gilt:
Beherbergungssteuerpflichtig sind grundsätzlich alle volljährigen Personen, die in Dresden entgeltlich in Hotels, Gasthöfen oder Pensionen, Ferienunterkünften oder ähnlichen Beherbergungsstätten sowie auf Campingplätzen übernachten, soweit nicht ausnahmsweise eine Steuerbefreiung besteht.

Die Beherbergungssteuer beträgt sechs Prozent vom Übernachtungspreis einschließlich Umsatzsteuer und ist bei Abreise in der Beherbergungseinrichtung zu entrichten.

Junior Suite

Our 37 m² Junior Suites are located at the tips of the hotel and offer a great view of Dresden's old town through their numerous windows. You will find a seating area with comfortable armchairs or sofa.
For families with a child, the sofa can also be folded out into a sofa bed.
Of course, our suites are also equipped with all the amenities found in all other room categories: allergy-friendly flooring, king-size beds, room safe, 43-inch flat-screen TV with Sky One and Sky Atlantic, in-room tablet, kettle and desk. The rooms can be completely blacked out thanks to the black-out curtains. High-speed WiFi can be used free of charge in all rooms.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The minibar with regional juices, beers and wines is already included in the room rate.

Penck Suite

Each of the Penck Suites offers a particularly beautiful view of Dresden's Old Town skyline with the Semper Opera House, castle and Frauenkirche. All three Penck Suites are located on the upper floors of the hotel. The almost 40 m², light-flooded rooms offer a separate seating area with comfortable armchairs and sofa. The bathroom of each Penck Suite is equipped with a bathtub. The 43-inch flat-screen TV and minibar are housed in a custom-made, man-sized “Y”. “Y” was one of the many synonyms of A. R. Penck, under which he painted until the end of the 1960s.
Like all other rooms, our spacious suites have allergy-friendly floors, king-size beds, in-room safe, 43-inch flat-screen TV with Sky One and Sky Atlantic, an in-room tablet, kettle, desk and separate seating area. The suites can be completely blacked out thanks to the black-out curtains. Of course, the high-speed WiFi can also be used free of charge and the minibar with regional juices, beers and wines is already included in the room price.

Short Characteristics

The historic old town is within walking distance as well as the Congress Center Dresden or the Dresden Exhibition Center. The rooms have allergy-friendly floors and comfortable double beds. The rooms provide four-star comfort such as a separate desk, seating, flat screen TV and safe. With Sky 1 and Sky Atlantic you can find the best entertainment for everyone.
All rooms are air-conditioned. A coffee & tea set and a bottle of mineral water are among the amenities. Free WiFi is available in the entire hotel. You can use the tablet in your room to communicate with reception at any time, find out about all the hotel offers, read magazines and get insider tips. 
In each room there is an original work of art by the local artist A. R. Penck.

Check in / Check out

Is it possible to do a online check-in?
That is no problem, we work together with Hotelbird, the leading provider of digital check-in/out solutions. You will receive a link one day before arrival, which you can use to fill out the registration form and receive the digital key to your room.  
Is there also contactless check-in?
Yes, we have a terminal in front of the reception where you can check in. Just have your banking app ready.  
What payment options do you offer on site?
You can pay with EC or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, maestro, American Express) or with cash. Paypal is also possible.  
When can I check in and when do I have to check out?
Regular check-in is from 15:00 and check-out at 12:00 on the day of departure. If you would like a late check-out until 3 p.m. for a fee of €15.00, please let us know in advance.  

Anreisebeschreibung

Das zentral gelegene Vier-Sterne-Hotel ist von den Autobahnen A4 und A17 schnell und einfach in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Den Gästen steht eine hoteleigene Tiefgarage gegen Gebühr zur Verfügung. Der Preis für Hotelgäste beträgt 20,00 €/24h.
Weitere und in der Regel kostenpflichtige Parkplätze findet man in den umliegenden Straßen oder im Parkhaus Dresden Mitte, das nur ca. 300m entfernt ist. 

Vom Hauptbahnhof Dresden fahren Sie mit der Tram Nr. 10 (Richtung Messe Dresden) bis zum Bahnhof Dresden Mitte. Alternativ nutzen Sie die S-Bahn bis Bahnhof Dresden Mitte. Von hier sind es nur noch wenige Minuten zu Fuß bis zu Ihrem Hotel.
