In principle, all adults who stay in hotels, inns or boarding houses, holiday accommodation or similar accommodation facilities as well as on campsites as well as on campsites in Dresden are subject to the lodging tax, unless there is an exceptional tax exemption.
The lodging tax is six percent of the room rate including sales tax and is payable on departure at the lodging facility.

Die Kopfkissten und Bettdecken werden bei 90° gewaschen, sowie die Matratzenschoner. Bei längerem Aufenthalt erhalten Sie doppelte Handtücher und Bettwäsche.

Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich im Nebenhaus. Hier können Sie für € 3,- pro Waschgang vor Ort waschen.

Kostenfreie Parkplätze erhalten Sie auf den Nebenstraßen.

Als Kleinunternehmer im Sinne von § 19 Abs. 1 UStG wird keine Umsatzsteuer berechnet.

Cancellation / payment conditions

Zahlungsbedingungen:
Die Zahlung erfolgt nach der Buchung in Höhe von 20% direkt an den Gastgeber. 14 Tage vor Anreise muss die Restsumme überwiesen werden.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Beherbergungssteuer extra berechnet wird.

Stornierungsbedingungen:
Die Ferienwohnung kann bis 14 Tage vor Anreise kostenfrei storniert werden. Danach wird eine Stornierungsgebühr in Höhe von 80% des Gesamtbuchungswertes berechnet. Bei unangemeldeter Nichtanreise wird eine No-Show-Gebühr in Höhe von 100% erhoben. Gleichwohl ist der Vermieter bemüht, das Mietobjekt anderweitig zu vermieten.

Anreise am Flughafen Dresden:
Bus Linie 77 Richtung: Infineon Nord umsteigen, Straßenbahnlinie 7 Ausstieg: Stauffenbergerallee 2 Minuten Gehweg zum Loft,
Richtung: Stadt Zentrum 2 Minuten Fußweg
Taxi ca. 15 Minuten, Entfernung ca. 5 km
Uni Klinik Bus 64 10 Minute bis ins Klinik Gelände

Ankunft Hauptbahnhof: Straßenbahnverbindung Linie 7 Weixdorf oder Linie 8 Hellerau Ausstieg Stauffenbergerallee
Ankunft Bahnhof Neustadt: Taxi ca. 2 km Entfernung

Sollten Sie mit dem Auto anreisen dann nutzen Sie von der Autobahn A4 die Ausfahrt Dresden-Hellerau, dann auf die B170 in Richtung Stadtzentrum, nach etwa 1 km (nach der Aral Tankstelle) an der Kreuzung links in die Stauffenbergallee biegen, nach ca. 2 km rechts in die Königsbrücker Straße biegen und nach ca. 150 m befindet sich rechts Ihre Unterkunft.

Kostenfreie Parkplätze erhalten Sie auf den Nebenstraßen.
