Located on Hansastraße, the hotel features 269 comfortably appointed rooms, stylish lounge and dining areas, as well as conference and event facilities catering to both business and leisure travelers. These amenities are complemented by a wellness and fitness area, along with an on-site underground garage offering 131 parking spaces.

Thanks to excellent transport links, guests can reach the Dresden Neustadt district in just a few minutes, the historic Altstadt in around 10 minutes, and the Central Station with ease-whether by car or public transport. Restaurants, bars, cafés, and the Elbe meadows are also located in the immediate vicinity. As such, the hotel is perfectly suited for both city breaks and extended business stays.

Upon request and for a fee, early check-in may be arranged in advance with BEE/PARTMENT GmbH. The customer must take occupancy of the room no later than 6:00 PM on the agreed day of arrival. A later arrival time may be arranged. If an arrival time later than 6:00 PM has not been agreed upon, and the customer has also failed to notify BEE/PARTMENT GmbH of any potential delay by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival, BEE/PARTMENT GmbH reserves the right to reassign the booked room to another party, without the customer incurring any claims for compensation as a result. In such a case, BEE/PARTMENT GmbH is entitled to exercise a right of withdrawal.

Cancellation / payment conditions

The daily rate may be cancelled free of charge until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival (for individual bookings). Group bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 28 days prior to arrival.

*from the Autobahn: From the direction of Berlin or Leipzig/Chemnitz: Take the A4 to the Dresden-Hellerau exit. Follow the B170 / E55 towards the city center via Radeburger Straße and Hansastraße until you reach the traffic light intersection at Fritz-Reuter-Straße; after crossing the bridge, merge into the right lane (follow "Hotel Route B" signage).

*from the Airport: S-Bahn (suburban train) connection to Dresden-Neustadt station (daily); connecting trains to the Main Station (Hauptbahnhof) run according to the schedule.

*from the Station (by public transport): From the Main Station (Hauptbahnhof) or Dresden-Neustadt Station: Take Tram Line 3 (direction "Wilder Mann") to the "Liststraße" stop, then walk along Fritz-Reuter-Straße to Hansastraße.
