Ein sehr modernes Hotel mit toller und hochwertiger Inneneinrichtung. Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Der Gesamteindruck stimmt und wir kommen bestimmt wieder bzw.empfehlen das Hotel gern weiter.

Which negative Impressions did you get?

Der einzige negative Aspekt, ist das Thema Frühstücksatmosphäre. Es ist sehr laut, hektisch und unübersichtlich, das schafft für die, die gern in Ruhe frühstücken schon Stress am Morgen. Das Personal und das Essen waren super aber der Aufbau von Plätzen und Buffet nicht ganz ideal. Um ans Buffet zu gelangen muss durch alle Sitzreihen gegangen werden und das schafft Unruhe.

Leider eine zu kleine Sauna, keine Ruheraum, keine Möglichkeiten die Beine nach dem Saunagang hochzulegen. Der Fitnessraum war ohne Fenster.

Das Personal im Hotel machte einen unerfahrenen Eindruck. Offensichtlich viele Aushilfen. Unfreundlichkeit im Barbetrieb nachdem am Freitag einige Reisegruppen anreisten und sich eine Erfrischung an der Bar gönnen wollten. Hier tat sich am Freitag Nachmittag eine junge Dame besonders hervor. Das gilt nicht für das ganze Personal! Oft nur überfordert.
