The non-smoking holiday home (60 sqm) is situated on the second floor of a 6-apartments-building.The surrounding area is quiet. The house is located 800 m from the river Elbe and 6 km from the city centre.The apartment provides two rooms, floor, balkony, bathroom with shower and wc. The kitchen provides gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker and toaster.
Bicycles can be parked in a bike rack on the premises.
Please also note that pets are not permitted in either of the holiday apartments.

Anreisebeschreibung

* from the autobahn: Take autobahn exit „Altstadt“ towards „Zentrum“ (city centre). Stay on the main road along the river Elbe. After the right hand bend, follow the track of the tram. Turn right after the tram stop. Our house is located opposite to the school.

* from Dresden airport by public transport: Take S-Bahn S1 towards „Pirna“ and get off at „Bahnhof Neustadt”. Change to tram 6 towards „Niedersedlitz“ and get off at „Gustav-Hartmann-Straße”.
* from Dresden central station by public transport: Take tram 6 towards „Laubegast“. Get off at „Gustav-Hartmann-Straße“.

Which positive impressions did you get?

Sehr freundlich alles sauber eine sehr Gute Ferienwohnung. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist eine sehr schöne und ruhige Gegend ( obwohl die Schule gegenüber ist ) und der Radweg ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Sehr empfehlenswert ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Which negative Impressions did you get?

Wir sind viel mit dem Rad an der Elbe unterwegs gewesen, negativ sind nur die verbissenen Rennradfahrer aufgefallen. Diese glauben, dass der Radweg nur ihnen gehört und nehmen keine Rücksicht drängeln und pöbeln wenn sie nicht schnell genug fahren können. Das ist sehr ärgerlich aber lässt sich auch nicht verhindern… Das hat natürlich nichts mit dem Vermieter zu tun, musste aber mal gesagt werden 😉

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, charmante, gemütliche Wohnung. Eine ruhige Umgebung; Geschäfte, Restaurants ein paar Minuten entfernt, ebenso die Elbe und das Blaue Wunder. Zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle 5 Minuten.

Die Wohnung hat uns wirklich sehr positiv gefallen und ist trotz der ruhigen Gegend in nur 30 Minuten per Tram vom Hauptbahnhof erreichbar.

Die Lage ist außerordentlich ruhig, im besonderen während der Schulferien. Wie es außerhalb dieser Zeit ist, wissen wir nicht. Ein großes Schulgebäude liegt direkt gegenüber. Die Verkehrsanbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist groß und hell.

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung von Dresden und Umgebung. Ca. 6 km von der Stadtmitte in angenehmer Wohnsiedlung. 100 m zur nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle (direkte Linie zur Stadtmitte), 400 m zum Elberadweg.
