Short Characteristics

Unsere Pension befindet sich im Stadtteil Dresden Naußlitz.

Wir möchten, dass Sie sich bei uns wohlfühlen und angenehme, ruhige Übernachtungen verbringen können. Eigene Parkplätze befinden sich im Grundstück und können gegen eine Gebühr von 5 Euro am Tag, auf Anfrage, reserviert werden. Ein kostenloser WLAN-Internetanschluss steht allen Gästen unserer Pension zur Verfügung.

In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Gaststätten, Netto, Kaufland und Arztpraxen. Die Pension ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, für die zahlreichen historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten Dresdens, wie den Dresdener Zwinger, die Frauenkirche, das Schloss, die Dresdener Semperoper, den Zoo und die Stadtmuseen. Ausflüge in die Sächsische Schweiz oder nach Pillnitz sind mit dem eigenen Fahrzeug oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln von uns aus sehr gut möglich.
Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nur 100 m von unserer Unterkunft entfernt. Sie können von hier mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in wenigen Minuten alle Stadtteile von Dresden erreichen. Vom Flughafen Dresden sind es etwa 10 km bis zu unserem Gästehaus.

Der Elbradweg in Dresden ist von unserer Unterkunft nicht weit entfernt. Auch die Messe und das Kongresszentrum erreichen mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in kürzester Zeit.

Es stehen Ihnen mehrere Bäckereien zur Verfügung, wo Sie ab 6 Uhr früh ein gutes Frühstück zu sich nehmen können.

Which positive impressions did you get?

Ansprechpartner war sehr bemüht. Jedoch ( wie auch bereits schon persönlich bei Ihnen erläutert ), würde ich diese Unterkunft nicht gerade für Familien mit Kleinkinden empfehlen. Gründe hierfür nenn ich gerne bei Negativen Eindrücken. Lobenswert zu erwähnen ist jedoch die Sauberkeit des Zimmers und der Betten. Ja sogar unter dem Betten.

Leider gibt es neben den positiven Eindrücken auch ein zwei negative Eindrücke. Betrachtet man die Bilder auf der Webseite bekommt man den Eindruck das man ein Zimmer bucht mit schönen Ausblick und was ja preislich top wäre einer Möglichkeit sich sein Essen und Frühstück selbst in der Gemeinschaftsküche zuzubereiten. Leider ist der Blick aus dem Zimmer zur Hofeinfahrt mit ihren parkenden Autos und Mülltonnen gerichtet. Wenn man den Wunsch verspürt sich einen Mahlzeit in der Küche zuzubereiten, müsste man erst das schmutzige Geschirr der anderen Gäste abwaschen. Aufgefallen ist sowohl mir als auch meiner dreijährigen Tocher der starke Geruch von vorangegangener Kochversuche und teilweiser Schweißgeruch in den Fluren. Hier hätte ich mir gewünscht, das der "Hausmeister" zumindest einmal am Tag vor Ort wäre um nach dem Rechten zu schauen. Auch Putzzeug, wie Bessen ect fand ich nirgends. Da wir Straßendreck in unser Zimmer gebracht haben, hätte ich diesen gerne entfernt.

Which positive impressions did you get?

Das Zimmer ist hell und sauber. Trotz der Hauptstraße, die 20 Meter entfernt ist, ist es angenehm ruhig. Handtücher wurden alle zwei Tage gewechselt. Auf Anfragen etc. wurde prompt reagiert. Außer dem Wechsel der Handtücher gibt es keinen Service; man ist sich selbst überlassen. Bei der Bezahlung ist für die Bettensteuer statt des zu entrichtenden Betrages von 16,00 Euro eine Summe von 56,00 Euro verlangt worden. Erst auf meinen Einwand hin habe ich die korrekte Abrechnung erhalten. Es wird keinerlei Verpflegung angeboten.
