Beherbergungssteuerpflichtig sind grundsätzlich alle volljährigen Personen, die in Dresden entgeltlich in Hotels, Gasthöfen oder Pensionen, Ferienunterkünften oder ähnlichen Beherbergungsstätten sowie auf Campingplätzen übernachten, soweit nicht ausnahmsweise eine Steuerbefreiung besteht.

Die Beherbergungssteuer beträgt sechs Prozent vom Übernachtungspreis einschließlich Umsatzsteuer und ist bei Abreise in der Beherbergungseinrichtung zu entrichten.

You've come to the right place if you're looking for an oasis of peace and quiet in a green setting, yet still only a stone's throw from the center of Dresden.

You can reach the city center in 10 minutes by bus or car.

Our apartment is located in the southern part of Dresden and has a terrace with a garden right outside the door. Ideal for families with children.

The spacious and fully furnished vacation home invites you to an individually designed vacation or adventure weekend in the baroque city of Dresden and the surrounding area. There is a parking space for your vehicle on the property right next to the house.

You will find shopping facilities nearby.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut gelegen und man konnte alle Ausflugziele schnell erreichen. Gastgeber sind sehr nett und Hilfreich. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig in einer Nebenstraße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Kaufland ) in der Nähe.

Keine Heizung im Bad und im 2. Schlafraum , zu dieser Jahreszeit völlig innakzeptabel.

Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Es war sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Top Lage! Schön ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem nahe am Stadtzentrum. In nur 17 Minuten mit dem Bus (Bushaltestelle 5 Gehminuten) am Hauptbahnhof in Dresden.

ES war sehr sauber ,sehr ruhig.Nette hilfsbereite Vermieter .Angenehmes Wohnklima.Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und alles sehr praktisch zu handhaben .Auch die Nähe zur Stadt (10 Min.mit dem Auto.)war angenehm.Schöne ruhige Wohngegend auch für Spaziergänge sehr geeignet.
