Castle Tour

You start at Pillnitz Castle and travel through the tranquil Elbe valley to the villa district of Loschwitz. You get off directly at the Loschwitz Bridge (=Blue Wonder). The memorable bridge was named "Blue Wonder" because of its unusual color.

station Blasewitz

The station Blasewitz is located directly at the Loschwitz Bridge, the "Blue Wonder" below the restaurant "Schillergarten" (downstream left). From here you can reach the Dresden funicular, the suspension railroad and the villa district Loschwitz.

station Pillnitz

The Pillnitz station is located with two moorings about 300 m from Pillnitz Palace, directly opposite the Elbe island Pillnitz or below the restaurant "Elbblick" (downstream right) - an ideal starting point for a visit to the palace, the park or a vineyard hike.
