Description
There is no better place to live at Lake Erlauf: Located directly by the lake, with a view of Mt. Gemeindealpe, the flat in the manor house promises pure holiday feeling. In the immediate vicinity, you will find the public bathing beach of Lake Erlauf complete with water slide, playground, boat rental and beach buffet - in short, everything you need for an enjoyable beach holiday. Furthermore, free parking is available directly at the house to all guests.
The apartment " Ferienwohnung Herrenhaus – Fam. Engleitner” hosts 1-3 people. Furthermore, there are 4 apartments from the host “Appartements Herrenhaus” in the same building, which can also be booked via DorfResort.
Conditions/extras
If you arrive between 1 May and 26 October, you will receive the Wilde Wunder Card free of charge on arrival. When planning your holiday, please note that the card is valid on all days between arrival and departure – either on the day of arrival or on the day of departure, but not on both days.
Check-in:
Key collection takes place between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM directly at the central village reception, Dorfplatz (Lederergasse 9), 3224 Mitterbach am Erlaufsee
Payment Conditions:
A deposit of 25% of the total invoice amount is due within 14 days of receiving the booking confirmation.
The remaining amount must be paid before arrival via bank transfer or upon arrival in cash or by debit card directly at the village reception.
Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation up to 3 months before arrival.
- 40% of the total price if canceled up to 1 month before arrival.
- 70% of the total price if canceled up to 1 week before arrival.
- 90% of the total price if canceled in the last week before arrival.
