Cancellation conditionsCancellations or rebookings will only be accepted in writing.
The right of withdrawal according to § 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry AGBH 2006 or our own cancellation conditions apply.
STANDARD RATE - Valid up to 5 booked rooms
- Up to 5 days prior to arrival a rebooking or cancellation can be made free of charge.
- 4 to 3 days prior to arrival 50 % cancellation fee will be charged.
- From 2 days prior to arrival 90 % cancellation fee will be charged.
- Late arrival, early departure or no-show will be charged with 100 % cancellation fee.
NON-REFUNDABLE-RATE
- A one-off rebooking to another date is possible up to 7 days before arrival.
- From 6 days before arrival or in the case of cancellation or no-show, 100% of all booked services will be charged.
