The Auszeit guesthouse and more, a place with heart and soul, invites you to enjoy life. After an extensive renovation in 2018, the guest house was designed to retain the charm of a private home. It offers the feeling of being a guest of friends.

Breakfast is served in the large eat-in kitchen in winter and in the courtyard in good weather. The courtyard, garden, parlor and guest kitchen are available by arrangement. The accommodation offers a suite with an additional sofa bed in the living room, a double room and a twin room, all including breakfast.

The guest house is a non-smoking house and is located in Kollersdorf am Wagram, between Krems and Tulln, close to Grafenegg and the Wachau as well as the Wagram wine-growing region. With its modern and romantic ambience, terrace/guest garden, TV in the room, washing machine, breakfast buffet and the possibility to bring pets, it is ideal for families, seniors, business travelers and wine lovers. It also offers a garden, a barbecue area, a parking lot and Internet access.
